About

Hi, I'm Preet.

Realtor, first-generation Canadian, bodybuilder, and lifelong student of the game.

My love for real estate started long before I got my licence.

I grew up in Punjab watching my family build homes. Something about the day someone gets their keys stayed with me — the joy on the family's face, the sense of arrival. I remember thinking, even as a kid, that helping people cross that threshold felt like the most important work you could do.

I moved to Canada, earned my Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, and even ran my own restaurant for a while. Food is a serious passion, and I still argue Thai food is a food group of its own.

When I was ready to follow real estate professionally, I studied for a full year, got my BCFSA licence, and joined Rexara Realty Inc. in Surrey. Since then I've helped hundreds of clients across the Fraser Valley buy their first homes, upgrade to bigger ones, and build long-term investment portfolios.

Outside of work, you'll find me at the gym or on a cricket pitch. My Instagram handle @dealsanddeadliffts is only half a joke — the same discipline I bring to a squat rack is what I bring to a listing presentation. Over-prepare. Stay calm. Execute clean.

If you're thinking about buying, selling, or investing, I'd love to sit down for a coffee. No pressure, just an honest conversation about what's right for you and your family.
